It is a learning experience y'all. There is no book, person, or blog out there that can prepare you for parenthood. It's so wonderfully exhausting, I can't even explain it. This week Lyla has started smiling in her sleep and lifting her little head up. It's amazing to see her turn into a lil' person that looks like us. Incredible. We are still nursing- hoping she's going to surpass her birth weight next week at her appointment. As of right now, we just eat, sleep, spit-up, and poo. Oh yaaaa. School is about to begin so I've been trying to get my room together for my sub... preparing for a long term is so darn over whelming. Shesh. Especially when you'd rather be home with the sweet baby girl.
