A Day in the Life of The Butler's: December 2015

Oh y'all. Put whatever adjective you'd like in front but two and three (mostly three) are giving Cade and me quite the workout. Even on those tough days, both of us go to bed laughing, I'll be it exhausted, but still giggling at something those girls did.

Lyla Joy, 3 1/2 years old

You are VERY sensitive. You wear your heart on your sleeve. We admire that so much about your personality. We also feel very protective of you for that same reason.
According to you, your best friend is Camilla.
You can read lots of sight words, count to crazy amount of numbers, you can work an iPad better than us, you know your address... the list is endless. We think you are an absolute genius. :)
You are about 45 pounds and average height (39 inches). Your hair is still curly, but I fear you'll out grow it. Ya a healthy growing girl!
You've become SO PICKY about your food. You love cookies and fruit. Like your Momma. Every. single. meal. You reason with us on number of bites... "How about three bites then I'm done? No? How about three really big bites?"
You say some funny stuff. Keeps us on our toes-- you are very honest.
You love dance class, you do tap and ballet! We are looking forward to your recital coming up in the spring.

Ava Julianne, 2 years old

Girl. You're quite the pistol. We are honeymooning it right now because you are so stinking' cute and still little. When you get older, no doubt, there will be hell to pay.
You love to color and anything your sister is doing. You are her shadow, which can be trying at times.
You love our doggies. They don't always love you back. :) You've not quite got it down on how to pick them up.
You love your sleep. You take good naps still and sleep very regularly at night. Nothing like your sis. We are SO grateful.
You'll eat anything we put in front of you. Then double that.
You weigh 24 pounds and are a shorty.
Miss Ava you are my cuddler. We love that about you-- a lover and a fighter. You sleep with 'whoa-bee' (a little blanket with tags around the edges) and pacifier. We are working on the pacifier thing. :)

Our life is chaos. It's beautiful and we love it, but we tired. :-) Hope everyone had a joyful Christmas! I'm still hoping Cade will let me keep my tree up year-round. Also, my bad on just now posting Halloween pictures.
