Ohhhh, well, the month of December gave our family the middle finger. I won't lie. BUTTTTTTTT, WE'RE BACK! And ready to take on 2013!
I know its late but I wanted to blog about Lyla's first Christmas! Oh my goodness, it was unbelievably wonderful. Cade and I have been married for 3 years and were together for almost 10 years before that and NEVER had we EVER had a Christmas in our home. This year we had our first. Lyla was up promptly at 7 ish (excited for Santa, I'm sure). :) We had so much fun 'opening' her gifts with her. She loved all her little toys. Cade and I opened a few things then we headed to our families houses. (Before the snow, thank goodness!) I feel beyond blessed with our families and how much love they have for their grandgirl. :) Here are some pictures of the holiday!
Daddy and LJ waiting for Santa... she was still super sick here. :( I can see it in her eyes.
